Avenue Bellevue

The Avenue Bellevue project involves construction of two high-end residential towers with commercial space and a hotel in the Downtown Bellevue area. Major civil construction elements include mass excavation over a two-acre site extending over 50 feet deep and drilling for ground improvements.

Encore is overseeing all the environmental management including King County discharge authorization, coordination with City of Bellevue, SWPPP and TESC preparation and maintenance, CESCL inspections, water quality monitoring and reporting and on-site stormwater treatment with Chitosan Enhanced Sand Filtration.
