WATER TREATMENT
Encore provides site specific water treatment for both industrial and construction sites. Encore uses chemically enhanced sand filtration and pH adjustment as a means and to treat for various site contaminants including turbidity, hydrocarbons, petroleum, sulfur, arsenic, etc.
All of our employees are trained and certified in CESCL and Chitosan Enhanced Sand Filtration. All water treatment services are available 24/7 with fast emergency mobilization capabilities.
INSPECTION SERVICES
Encore provides inspection services for construction sites and industrial sites as part of the NPDES and ISGP permit requirements. We provide 24/7 services including emergency inspections, post storm water quality sampling, quarterly stormwater sampling and sewer discharge sampling and monitoring. Encore provides data sets and discharge monitoring reports for all sampling and inspection events.
PROJECT PERMITTING & PLANNING
Encore offers site specific permitting for NPDES permits associated with construction sites as well as sewer discharge permitting. We provide Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), Spill Prevention Plans, TESC Plans and Discharge Dewatering Plans.
GENERAL CONSULTING SERVICES
Encore will work with site owners and contractors to come up with the best means and methods for stormwater and erosion control mitigation. We provide cost analyses for different BMPs factoring in schedule, maintenance and sustainability providing different viable options specific to each site.
